Bus Unified Systems Architecture
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) has conceptualized this project to unify the on-board Intelligent Transportation System architecture for the MTA fleet of buses and to upgrade and replace outdated servers, workstations, and printers in the Bus Operations Control Center. The unified architecture will be the basis for providing reliable, consistent, and cohesive data from the bus, which can be translated into informative and useful management reports.
Jeezny was Project Manager of the BusUSA project, overseeing it from start to finish; budgeting, scheduling, managing contractors, installs and commissioning of the project. Jeezny also assisted the MTA with final inspection of the equipment, evaluating the performance of the connectivity, and performing final acceptance of the vehicles using the check-sheet prepared by the MTA.

MARC Martins State Airport
MARC Martins State Airport facility mechanical staff had been conducting rolling stock maintenance & repairs utilizing an unreliable and outdated compressed air system. The team lead and oversaw the design, procurement, and installation of a new compressed air system to support rolling stock at the facility. The new compressed air system includes 2,200 feet of air pipe, 3 new air compressors and subsequent components, and 7 new connection locations for rolling stock. The new compressed air system also expanded the footprint and the air capabilities at the facility through an exterior implementation of the system. Lastly, a BGE 2000 AMP Service Upgrade was required to support the new compressed air system as well as future expansion at Martins State Airport Facility. Read More

MARC Stations Shelter Replacement
Complete replacement of (19) passenger shelters along MARC’s Penn Line. The team lead and oversaw the design, procurement, and installation of (19) new passenger shelters at the Martins State Airport, Odenton, Bowie, and Seabrook Train Stations. The new shelters varied in size and each site presented challenges due to unique field conditions. Coordination was also required with Amtrak due to shelters being located on high-level loading platforms and the proximity to mainline track. The new shelters not only upgraded the aesthetic appeal of each station, but also increased ADA compliance and created a safer and more secure environment for passengers. Read More
